1. Minimum Order Value
We ask that you place a minimum order of $200 each time to purchase products from us.
2. How to place order
Submit your order on our wholesale website or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will confirm our stock and give you an estimate on timeline. All payment for email orders is to be submitted via the online invoice via WAVEapp.
Products or goods purchased from Cait Courneya shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). No discounting is allowed unless approved via email with Cait Courneya.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. Returns are only allowed if items delivered are defective and/or damaged. No returns are acceptable without Cait Courneya prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

Cait Courneya accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), bank transfers, and checks. All checks must be made payable to CAIT COURNEYA and mailed to

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. All credit card payments and bank transfers are accepted via WaveApp or Stripe via our online wholesale shop.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be charged at the time of order.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Cait Courneya at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
9. Delivery Window
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. In stock items will be shipped out within 7 days of payment. Backordered items will be shipped out within 4-6 weeks. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
10. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
